ArabFinance: Cairo for Investment and Real Estate Development (CIRA) is planning to establish a language school in New Rashid, Al Mal News reported on June 8th.
The real estate developer is close to wrapping up its purchase of a 20,000 square meters piece of land from the New Urban Communities Authority.
The new project will be located in the new city’s Bashayer El Kheir low-cost housing district, and has already received technical clearance.
Furthermore, the land purchase price will be reviewed on Thursday.
the company’s pipeline includes an international school under construction in New Sohag, branches of two others in O West in the Sixth of October.
The company also plans to inject EGP 700 million in constructing a new university in Assiut’s Nasser City that’s expected to cost a total of EGP 2.45 billion.
The listed company posted a consolidated net profit before minority interest of EGP 229.822 million in the September-February period of the fiscal year (FY) 2020/2021.
CIRA is engaged in investments in diversified sectors, including education, construction and real estate, health care, information technology, and support services.
