First Realtors announces payout date of EGP 0.25/share

ArabFinance: First Realtors for Investment and Real Estate will distribute annual cash dividends of EGP 0.25 per share on August 16^th, according to the company’s July 28^th statement filed the Egyptian Exchange.

The company stated the dividend will be disbursed to the shareholders recorded on August 15^th.

First Realtors’ board of directors approved on April 28^th issued and paid-in capital increase by EGP 1.37 million

The real estate company obtained the Financial Regulatory Authority’s go-ahead to increase capital.

Established in 2008, First Realtors operates within the real estate sector focusing on diversified real estate activities.
