ArabFinance: Golden Textiles and Clothes Wool (Goldentex) (GTWL) posted a consolidated net profit before minority interest of EGP 544,493 in half one (H1) 2021, according to the company’s financial statements filed to the Egyptian Exchange.

In half one of 2020, Goldentex incurred a consolidated net loss of EGP 23.111 million.

Standalone net profit reached EGP 918,293 in H1 2021, against a net loss of EGP 22.915 million incurred in H1 2020.

Goldentex incurred a consolidated net loss of EGP 30.47 million in 2020, compared to EGP 10.7 million in 2019.

Goldentex is an Egypt-based company engaged in the manufacture of textile products. The company is involved in the processing and dyeing of wool, woolen blended synthetic fiber, and industrial yarn.
