ArabFinance: National Bank of Kuwait Egypt (NBK Egypt) (NBKE) has signed a seven-year term partnership agreement with the multinational financial services cooperation Visa Inc, Amwal El Ghad reported.

This comes in line with NBK Egypt’s strategy to develop its products and services provided to clients in terms of e-payment solutions.

The agreement has been signed by Head of Consumer Banking at NBK Egypt Salma Abou Hussein and Country Manager of Visa Egypt Malak El Baba.

The long-term cooperation between NBK Egypt and Visa is one of the most prominent achievements in the banking sector in terms of digital products and modern e-payment solutions, Abou Hussein said.

NBK Egypt, formerly Al Watany Bank of Egypt SAE, is an Egypt-based public shareholding company engaged in the provision of corporate, retail, and investment banking services.

The bank’s financial services and products include trade finance, and commercial and residential mortgages, among others.
