Real Estate Egyptian Consortium raises stake in Rowad tourism

ArabFinance: Real Estate Egyptian Consortium (AREH) has purchased 825,000 shares in Rowad Tourism (Al Rowad) (ROTO) for an average price of EGP 33.62 per share, according to a filing to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).

As a result, Real Estate Egyptian Consortium’s stake in Al Rowad has been raised to 6.585% from 1.819%.

The total value of the transaction amounted to EGP 27.73 million.
