Cairo Educational Services’ board nods to dividends payment

ArabFinance: Cairo Educational Services (CAED) has achieved a net profit of EGP 19.55 million in the fiscal year ended August 31st, 2021, compared to a net profit of EGP 17.68 million in the previous year, according to the company’s financial statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).

Operating revenue amounted to EGP 74.73 million in the year ended August 31st, 2021, up from EGP 65.86 million in the year ended August 31st, 2020.

On the other hand, the company’s board of directors approved the proposal of distributing cash dividends worth EGP 1 per share, according to a separate statement.

Cairo for Educational Affairs is an Egypt-based company that focuses on the establishment, management, and operation of private elementary and secondary schools in Egypt.
