ArabFinance: Samad Misr (EGYFERT) (SMFR) reported a consolidated net profit excluding minority interest of EGP 1.33 million in the first nine months of 2021, versus a net loss of EGP 1.17 million in the year-ago period, according to the company’s financial statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
Consolidated net sales grew to EGP 46.20 million in the January-September period of 2021 from EGP 19.79 million in the same period of 2020.
Meanwhile, the company’s standalone net profit after tax of EGP 637,825 in the January-September period of 2021, versus a net loss of EGP 872,080 in the prior-year period.
EGYFERT is an Egypt-based shareholding company engaged in the agricultural products trading and distributing sector. It is specialized in export, import, and general trading of different types of agricultural fertilizers, chemicals, and other related products, as well as investing in other companies in the same field.
