ArabFinance: Acrow Misr for Scaffolding and Formwork (ACRO) announced that it will distribute cash dividends worth EGP 1.75 per share to shareholders for the full-year 2020, according to a statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).

The dividends will be paid over two installments; the first worth EGP 0.75 per share and the second valued at EGP 1 per share.

The first installment will be paid on December 1^st, 2021, while the second installment will be paid on December 22^nd, 2021, with the eligibility for shareholders of record date of November 28^th, 2021.

Established in 1977 and listed on EGX in 1982, Acrow Misr operates within the capital goods sector, focusing on construction and engineering.
