ArabFinance: El Obour Company for Real Estate Investment (OBRI) announced that shareholder Mohamed El-Sayed Ahmed Youssef has purchased 47,443 shares in the company, according to a shareholding disclosure filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
Accordingly, the shareholder’s stake in the company rose to 4.59% from 3.78%.
The transaction has been carried out at a total value of EGP 682,230, equivalent to an average price of EGP 14.38 per share.
Established in 1994, El Ebour operates within the real estate sector, focusing on diversified real estate activities.
