ArabFinance: The Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) has approved a securitization bond issuance by Cairo Housing and Development Company (ELKA) with a total value of EGP 146 million, a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) announced.
EFG Hermes acted as the financial advisor, arranger, manager, promoter, and underwriter for the issuance.
Cairo Housing is an Egypt-based firm engaged in real estate and housing development operations.
The listed company’s main activities include acquiring, selling, and leasing lands and buildings as well as city planning and infrastructure construction activities.
