ArabFinance: PFA for consulting has exited from Cairo Housing and Development Company (ELKA) in a transaction worth EGP 109.6 million, according to a filing to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
This came after PFA has sold its 3.554% stake or 3.2 million shares in Cairo Housing for an average price of EGP 32.25 per share.
On the other hand, Wadi Consulting has raised its stake in Cairo Housing to 10% from 6.44% after purchasing 3.2 million shares at an average price of EGP 34.25 per share, according to a separate filing.
Cairo Housing is an Egypt-based firm engaged in real estate and housing development operations.
The listed company’s main activities include acquiring, selling, and leasing lands and buildings as well as city planning and infrastructure construction activities.
