NUCA awards EGP 68.3M contract to Giza General Contracting

ArabFinance: The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) has awarded the development of nine buildings to Giza General Contracting and Real Estate Investment Company (GGCC) at a total value of EGP 68.283 million, according to a statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).

Accordingly, Giza General Contracting will handle the development of 216 housing units under the project of “Housing for all Egyptians” for the middle-income class in New Cairo.

Giza General Contracting is an Egypt-based public shareholding company that operates in the construction and engineering industries sector.

The company is primarily involved in general contracting activities; operation, manufacture, and trade in all requirements of the contracting industry.
