EGX nods to capital increase for Mena for Touristic

ArabFinance: The Egyptian Exchange’s (EGX) Listing Committee has approved the listing of the issued and paid-up capital increase for Mena for Touristic and Real Estate Investment (MENA), according to a statement.

The committee has approved the listing of the capital increase of EGP 91.92 million distributed over 91.92 million shares at a nominal value of EGP 1 per share.

The company's issued and paid-up capital of Mena for Touristic has been raised to EGP 241.92 million from EGP 150 million.

The shares of the company after the capital increase will be registered on the EGX’s database as of Monday, January 24th.

Mena, established in 1980, operates in the fields of construction, real estate investment, project management, and urban development both locally and internationally.
