International for Agricultural Products logs EGP 49.19M profit in 6 months

ArabFinanceInternational Company for Agricultural Products (IFAP) reported a net profit after tax of EGP 49.19 million in the first six months of fiscal year (FY) 2021/2022, rising from EGP 15.99 million in the same period of FY 2020/20210, according to the company’s financial statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).

Earning per share (EPS) amounted to EGP 0.48 in the July-December period of FY 2020/2021, compared to EGP 0.17 per share in the same period a FY earlier.

Net sales stood at EGP 276.16 million in the first six months of FY 2021/2022, up from EGP 261.47 million in the corresponding period.

International for Agricultural Products is engaged in farming, trading, and distribution of crops and seeds. The company purchases cotton flowers and cotton seeds from producers, undertakes contracting activities with cotton ginning companies, and trades in cotton fibers and seeds.
