Mohandes Insurance’s standalone profit falls in 6 months

ArabFinanceMohandes Insurance (MOIN) posted a decline in standalone net profit after tax for the first half (H1) of fiscal year (FY) 2021/2022, according to the company’s standalone financial income statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).

Standalone net profit after tax stood at EGP 39.39 million in H1 FY 2021/2022, down from EGP 49.02 million in H1 FY 2020/2021.

The company’s total revenue fell to EGP 54.97 million in the six-month period ended December 31st 2021 from EGP 61.59 million in the same period of FY 2020/2021.

Mohandes Insurance is an Egypt-based company that offers life and non-life insurance, and reinsurance products and services. Its products and services portfolio fall into two main insurance segments, namely individual insurance and property insurance.
