TAMEER launches UBL project in New Cairo

ArabFinance: Development and Engineering Consultants (TAMEER) (DAPH) launched Urban Business Lane (UBL) project in New Cairo, according to a press release published on February 28th.
Located on over 55,000 square meters (sqm), the project is a part of the executive plan of TAMEER’s URBAN WALK project, the released revealed.
UBL offers several spaces tailored to the needs of all companies and different customer segments.
The company obtained the ministerial decision on the UBL project, Head of Commercial Sector at TAMEER Mohamed Younis stated, adding that the first phase will be launched in March 2022 and delivered after three years.
The project includes different administrative spaces with payment plans of up to seven years, Younis noted.
The top official said that UBL is located near the American University in Cairo (AUC) and is “20 minutes away from the New Administrative Capital, and 15 minutes away from Cairo International Airport.”
Total commercial spaces in the project will amount to 16,500 sqm, Younis unveiled, noting that the project will include a private parking with the capacity to accommodate over 4,000 cars.
Established in 1954 and listed on the EGX in 1996, TAMEER operates within the capital goods sector focusing on construction and engineering.
