ArabFinance: ODIN Investments (ODIN) and South African cookware manufacturer Tissolli have invested EGP 100 million to rehabilitate Tissolli’s factory in Egypt, Al Mal News reported, citing informed sources.

Operation trials have been conducted in the factory after the upgrade of production lines, sources added.

They noted that Tissolli Egypt is planning to export a portion of the factory’s output.

In December 2020, ODIN Investments acquired 51% of Tissoli that specialized in manufacturing household utensils at a value of EGP 20 million.

ODIN, formerly known as Egyptians Abroad for Investment and Development Company, aims to attract funds from Egyptians living abroad and invest them in the ongoing development of Egypt, with a focus on the real estate and financial services sectors.
