FRA approves addition of new activities to New Ismailia for Urban Development’s business

ArabFinance: The Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) has approved the publication of the disclosure form regarding the amendment to Article 3 of New Ismailia for Urban Development Company’s (IDRE) Articles of Association, according to a statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).

The company’s board previously agreed upon amending Article 3 regarding the addition of new activities to its business as per the provisions of Article 48 of the EGX’s listing rules.

New Ismailia focuses on planning and establishing urban areas while carrying out infrastructure projects such as drinking water, sanitation, electricity, roads, communications, and multiple garages.
