ArabFinance: Acrow Misr for Scaffolding and Formwork (ACRO) posted a 3.09% year-on-year (YoY) increase in consolidated net profit excluding minority interest for the full year ended December 31st 2021, according to the consolidated financial statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on May 15th.
The company recorded a consolidated net profit attributable to the parent company of EGP 121.05 million in 2021, slightly up from EGP 117.42 million in 2020.
Meanwhile, the company’s standalone net profit after tax rose to EGP 158.008 million last year from EGP 93.72 million in 2020, according to the standalone financial statement.
Established in 1977 and listed on EGX in 1982, Acrow Misr operates within the capital goods sector, focusing on construction and engineering.
