ArabFinance: Egypt Intercontinental for Granite and Marble (EGYSTONE) (MISR) has reported a net loss after tax of EGP 79,770 during the first quarter (Q1) of 2022, down from EGP 224,062 in the same quarter a year earlier, according to financial statements filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Tuesday.
Total operating revenue declined to EGP 843.634 in Q1-2022, from EGP 1.061 million in Q1-2021.
EGYSTONE is a subsidiary of Salama Group which was established over 40 years ago. The company operates within the materials sector, focusing on construction materials, in addition to the supply and installation of all types of granite and general contracting.
