Alexandria National’s Q1 losses hike 766.9% YoY

ArabFinanceAlexandria National Company for Financial Investment (ANFI) reported a 766.9% year-on-year (YoY) surge in losses for the first quarter (Q1) of 2022, according to the company’s financial income statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on May 19th.

The company has incurred a net loss after tax of EGP 2.69 million in Q1 2022, versus a loss of EGP 310,805 in Q1 2021.

Established in 1996 and listed on EGX in 1998, ANFI provides investment banking services including investment advisory on mergers and acquisitions, initial public offering, and underwriting.
