Arab Finance: Alexandria Company for Pharmaceuticals and Chemical Industries (Alex Pharma) (AXPH) is expected to achieve a net profit of EGP 165 million in the fiscal year (FY) 2022/2023, according to the estimated budget filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on May 24th.

The company is seeking to generate EGP 1.39 billion in revenue during FY 2022/2023.

It is worth noting that Alex Pharma’s net profit stood at EGP 80.35 million in the first nine months of FY 2021/2022, compared to a profit of EGP 108.17 million in the same period of FY 2020/2021.

Alex Pharma, a subsidiary of Drug Holding Company, is an Egypt-based company engaged in the manufacture, development, and marketing of pharmaceutical, chemical, veterinary, and nutritional food products, as well as medical appliances.
