Lamar Holding ups stake in Mena for Touristic Investment for EGP 10.5M

Arab Finance: Lamar Holding Company has bought 13.608 million shares in Mena for Touristic and Real Estate Investment (MENA) in consideration of EGP 10.478 million, according to a filing to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on May 24th.

As a result of the transaction, Lamar’s stake in Mena was raised to 16.49% from 10.87%.

Mena, established in 1980, operates in the fields of construction, real estate investment, project management, and urban development both locally and internationally.
