Arab Finance: Cleopatra Hospitals Group (CHG) (CLHO) has reported a 5.26% year-on-year (YoY) decline in consolidated profit attributable to the parent company during the first quarter (Q1) of 2022, according to the consolidated financial statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on May 29th.
Consolidated net profit excluding minority interest stood at EGP 95.983 million in Q1 2022, compared to EGP 101.308 million in the same quarter last year.
Operating revenue went up to EGP 636.905 million in Q1 2022 from EGP 633.16 million in Q1 2021.
Standalone net profit after tax decreased to EGP 71.305 million in the three-month period ended March 31st from EGP 74.56 million in the same period a year earlier, the standalone financial statements showed.
Established in 2014, CHG expanded its geographical network in West Cairo to acquire two additional facilities, namely Nile Badrawi Hospital in 2015 and Al Shorouk Hospital in 2016.
