Arab Drug’s profit falls 25% YoY in FY 2021/2022

Arab FinanceArab Drug Company (ADCI) posted a 24.9% year-on-year (YoY) decline in net profit for fiscal year (FY) 2021/2022, according to the financial indicators filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on July 31st.

The company achieved a net profit after tax of EGP 76.6 million in the 12-month ended June 30th, compared to EGP 102.04 million in FY 2020/2021.

Revenues stood at EGP 512.42 million in FY 2021/2022, down from EGP 537.05 million a FY earlier.

Arab Drug is an Egypt-based company engaged in the pharmaceutical sector. The company focuses on the manufacture, packaging, and distribution of pharmaceutical products as well as chemical solutions for human and veterinary use.
