Egypt Free Shops achieves 26.2% YoY higher profits in FY 2021/22

Arab Finance: Egypt Free Shops Company (EFSC) (MFSC) reported a 26.22% year-on-year (YoY) increase in consolidated profit attributable to the parent company during the fiscal year (FY) 2021/2022, according to financial statements filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Tuesday.
The company’s consolidated profit excluding minority interest grew to EGP 166.531 million in FY 2021/2022 from EGP 131.931 million in the same period a year earlier.
Total operating revenue surged to EGP 838.633 million in the year ended June 30th from EGP 692.016 million the year before.
As for standalone financials, the company’s net profit after tax increased to EGP 166.263 million in FY 2021/2022 from EGP 131.262 million in the corresponding period a year ago.
