National Housing turns profitable in Q2

Arab Finance: National Company for Housing for Professional Syndicates (NHPS) has turned to a profit in the second quarter (Q2) of 2022, with a net profit after tax of EGP 16.64 million, versus a net loss of EGP 3.81 million in Q2 2021, according to the financial statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on August 10^th.

In the first half (H1) of 2022, the company achieved a net profit after tax of EGP 27.15 million, compared to a net loss of EGP 50.72 million in H1 2021.

NHPS is an Egypt-based company engaged in real estate development operations. The company is organized into real estate and tourism segments.
