Arab Finance: Egyptian Satellites (NileSat) (EGSA) reported a 2.79% year-on-year (YoY) increase in net profits for the first half (H1) of 2022, according to the financial income statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on August 11th.
The company recorded a net profit of $18.70 million in H1 2022, compared to $18.19 million in H1 2021.
Operating revenues amounted to $50.14 million in the January-June period, down from $59.49 million in the same period of 2021.
NileSat is an Egypt-based public shareholding company that offers services related to satellite radio and television broadcasting, in addition to broadband internet.
