Mansoura Poultry switches to profitability in H1

Arab FinanceMansourah Poultry (MPCO) turned to profitability during the first half (H1) of 2022, according to the financial statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on August 18th.

The company recorded a net profit after tax of EGP 2.465 million in H1 2022, compared to a net loss of EGP 8.866 million during the same period last year.

Net operating revenue surged to EGP 89.73 million in the January-June period from EGP 52.894 million in the year-before period.

Mansoura Poultry is an Egypt-based public shareholding company specializing in poultry farming and its related activities. The firm produces poultry products for breeding purposes for the production of hatching eggs and day-old chicks.
