Arab Finance: Cleopatra Hospitals Group (CHG) (CLHO) posted a 14.31% year-on-year (YoY) decline in consolidated profit attributable to the parent company during the first half (H1) of 2022, recording EGP 164.427 million from EGP 191.88 million, according to the financial statements filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on August 21st.
Consolidated operating revenue inched lower to EGP 1.242 billion in H1 2022 from EGP 1.277 billion in the same period a year earlier.
As for standalone financials, the group recorded a net profit after tax of EGP 118.081 million during the period from January 1st until June 30th, down from EGP 147.522 million in H1 2021.
Established in 2014, CHG expanded its geographical network in West Cairo to acquire two additional facilities, namely Nile Badrawi Hospital in 2015 and Al Shorouk Hospital in 2016.
