Alexandria Container’s profit jumps 37.1% YoY in 12 months

Arab Finance: Alexandria Container and Cargo Handling Company (ALCN) has posted a 37.11% year-on-year (YoY) surge in net profit after tax during the fiscal year (FY) 2021/2022, recording EGP 1.934 billion, according to financial indicators filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Wednesday.

The company’s revenues grew to EGP 2.767 billion in the period ended June 30^th from EGP 2.397 billion the year before.

Alexandria Container is an Egypt-based company that specializes in containers and cargo handling in Egyptian ports.
