Mohandes Insurance posts 7.7% YoY increase in FY 2021/2022 standalone profits

Arab Finance: Mohandes Insurance (MOIN) posted a 7.79% year-on-year (YoY) increase in standalone net profit after tax for fiscal year (FY) 2021/2022, according to the company’s standalone financial statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on September 8th.
The company recorded a standalone net profit after tax of EGP 95.03 million in FY 2021/2022, compared to EGP 88.15 million in FY 2020/2021.
On the other hand, the company’s board of directors agreed to pay cash dividends worth EGP 18.1 million to shareholders, according to a separate statement.
The board also approved the distribution of 0.27659574468-for-1 bonus shares.
Mohandes Insurance is an Egypt-based company that offers life and non-life insurance, and reinsurance products and services. Its products and services portfolio fall into two main insurance segments, namely individual insurance and property insurance.
