Technolease ups stake in Arab Cotton Ginning for EGP 5.87M

Arab Finance: Bayt El Khebra for Leasing (Technolease) increased its stake in Arab Cotton Ginning Company (ACGC) for EGP 5.868 million, according to a disclosure by the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Thursday.

The transaction was executed on 2.25 million shares at EGP 2.608 per share.

Accordingly, Technolease hiked its stake in Arab Cotton to 2.288% from 1.439%.

ACGC is an Egypt-based company active in the textiles and clothing industry sector. The company is engaged in cotton ginning, as well as trading its products domestically and internationally.
