Arab Drug’s shareholders nod to EGP 4.8/share dividends for FY 2021/22

Arab FinanceArab Drug Company’s (ADCI) ordinary general meeting (OGM) approved the distribution of EGP 4.8 per share in cash dividends for the fiscal year (FY) 2021/2022, according to a filing to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Tuesday.

It is worth noting that the company achieved a net profit after tax of EGP 76.6 million in the 12-month ended June 30th, compared to EGP 102.04 million in FY 2020/2021.

Arab Drug is an Egypt-based company engaged in the pharmaceutical sector. The company focuses on the manufacture, packaging, and distribution of pharmaceutical products as well as chemical solutions for human and veterinary use.
