Bayt El Khebra Technolease sells 1.48% stake in Arab Cotton Ginning

Arab Finance: Bayt El Khebra for Leasing – Fast Lease (Technolease) sold its 1.48% stake in Arab Cotton Ginning Company (ACGC) for EGP 10.12 million or EGP 2.58 per share, according to a shareholding disclosure on October 27^th.

Bayt El Khebra Holding Kamar has raised its stake in Arab Cotton Ginning to 5% from 3.52% after purchasing 3.925 million shares at a value of EGP 10.12 million.

ACGC is an Egypt-based company active in the textiles and clothing industry sector. The company is engaged in cotton ginning and trading its products domestically and internationally.
