Arab Finance: Cleopatra Haven, a subsidiary of Cleopatra Hospitals Group (CHG) (CLHO), signed an 18-year concession agreement for Haven Hospital, according to a filing to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Tuesday.
Located in the 6th of October City, Haven Hospital is owned by the Ministry of Interior’s Fund for Social and Healthcare Management.
The fund will remain the hospital’s property and asset owner.
Haven Hospital is planned to be situated on 30,000 square meters and operates as a physical therapy, long-term care, and rehabilitation center of excellence, equipped with state-of-the-art medical technology.
Cleopatra Hospitals Group plans to increase the hospital’s bed count and improve its services.
Established in 2014, CHG expanded its geographical network in West Cairo to acquire two additional facilities, namely Nile Badrawi Hospital in 2015 and Al Shorouk Hospital in 2016.
