Sinai Cement nods to services agreement with France’s Vicat

Arab Finance: Sinai Cement Company’s (SCEM) ordinary general meeting (OGM) approved an agreement with French cement group Vicat for management services, according to a filing to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Tuesday.

The agreement’s term will be one year that can be renewed.

The Egypt-based company also produces clinker, cement, and other related products, in addition to cement packing bags.
