Arab Finance: Marseilia Almasreia Alkhalegeya for Holding Investment (MAAL) posted a 37.22% year-on-year (YoY) decline in standalone loss during the first nine months of 2022, according to financial indicators filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Wednesday.
The company’s standalone net loss after tax declined to EGP 18.744 million in January-September from EGP 29.857 million a year earlier.
Revenues rose to EGP 244.567 million in nine months to September 30th from EGP 190.8 million the year before.
Marseilia is an Egypt-based company engaged in real estate property investment, development, and management.
