Arab Finance: Middle Egypt Flour Mills Company (CEFM) achieved a 5.94% year-on-year (YoY) growth in net profit after tax during the period ended on October 31st, according to a filing to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Wednesday.
The company’s net profit after tax rose to EGP 33.099 million at the end of October from EGP 31.242 million a year earlier.
It is worth noting that the company’s net profit reached EGP 27.44 million during the first quarter (Q1) of the fiscal year (FY) 2022/2023, compared to EGP 25.96 million in Q1 FY 2021/2022.
Middle Egypt Flour Mills is an EGX-listed company engaged in the manufacture, trade, import, export, packaging, warehousing, and distribution of grains and related products.
