SCZone to launch campaign targeting investments from BRICS members

Arab Finance: The General Authority for Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZone) decided to prepare and carry out a major campaign to promote attracting global investments, with a main focus on BRICS member countries, as well as Gulf states, Europe, and the US, according to an official statement.

This step complements the previously launched campaign by the SCZone in fiscal year (FY) 2022/2023.

On August 24^th, the South African President Cyril Ramaphosa announced that the BRICS bloc invited Egypt to join the group as of 2024
