MSMEDA, EBank sign protocol to boost SME exports, industrial growth

The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency (MSMEDA) has signed a cooperation protocol with the Export Development Bank of Egypt (EBank) to expand financial and technical support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), with a focus on strengthening their export capabilities and supporting industrial projects seeking access to international markets.

EBank’s consolidated profits up 11.3% YoY in H1 2025

The consolidated net profits attributable to the shareholders of Export Development Bank of Egypt (EBank) increased by 11.34% to EGP 2.643 billion in the first half (H1) of 2025 from EGP 2.374 billion in H1 2024.

EBank’s profits soar 85% YoY in Q1

Export Development Bank of Egypt (Ebank) has reported an 85.04% year-on-year (YoY) climb in consolidated profit attributable to the parent company during the first quarter (Q1) of 2023, according to the lender’s financial statements filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on May 22nd.
