Government delivers 28,000 new vehicles under obsolete car replacement initiative

The Egyptian government has delivered over 28,000 new and eco-friendly cars so far to beneficiaries under the presidential initiative for the replacement of 20-year-old vehicles since its launch in March 2021, Minister of Finance Mohamed Maait stated.

NBE injects EGP 2.8B into vehicle replacement initiative as of end-2022

The National Bank of Egypt (NBE), in cooperation with the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE), has pumped around EGP 2.8 billion for 11,138 clients as of December 2022 under the Presidential initiative for the replacement of obsolete vehicles.
