Egypt’s agricultural exports have reached about 9.5 million tons in 2025, marking an unprecedented increase of over 800,000 tons compared to 2024, Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation Alaa Farouk announced.

The Egyptian Countryside Development Company and the Arab Center for the Studies of Arid Zones and Dry Lands (ACSAD) have signed a cooperation protocol to establish a scientific partnership aimed at supporting Egypt’s 1.5 million feddan national project, as per a statement.

Egypt’s agricultural exports have reached around 7.5 million tons so far this year, an increase of approximately 650,000 tons compared to the same period last year, Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation Alaa Farouk announced.
