ArabFinance: Middle and West Delta Flour Mills (WCDF) posted a 15.35% year-on-year (YoY) surge in net profit after tax for the first half of fiscal year (FY) 2022/2023, according to the unaudited financial income statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on February 8th.
Net profit after tax stood at EGP 82.404 million in the six-month period ended December 31st 2022, compared to a profit of EGP 71.436 million in the same period of FY 2021/2022.
The company also generated revenues of EGP 799.988 million in the first six months of FY 2022/2023, growing by 32.49% YoY from EGP 603.816 million.
