Arab Finance: United Motors and Heavy Equipment (UMHE) has purchased an additional stake of 1.372% in Dice Sport and Casual Wear (DSCW) for EGP 11.702 million, according to shareholding disclosure issued on December 25th.
The company has raised its stake in Dice Sport to 4.021% from 2.649% after buying 24.50 million shares at an average price of EGP 0.47766 per share.
Dice is an Egypt-based company engaged in the casual wear garments and textile industry. It manufactures and distributes ready-made casual wear made of pure and mixed cotton, polyester, and viscose fabrics in different types and other knitting products.
