Arab Finance: CI Capital has finalized an EGP 1.012 billion securitized bond issuance for Rawasi, according to an emailed press release.
The issuance came in three tranches, the first of which is worth EGP 244 million, with a tenor of 25 months and a rating of AA+.
Meanwhile, the second tranche is valued at EGP 342 million with a tenor of 49 months and an AA rating, and the third tranche is worth EGP 426 million and carries a tenor of 74 months and received a rating of A.
CI Capital, Arab African International Bank and Al Ahly Pharos served as the financial advisors, issuance managers, and lead arrangers.
Fathalla & Co – Member of Nexia International was the issuance’s financial auditor, while Dreny and Partners was the legal advisor.
