Arab Finance: Mohandes Insurance (MOIN) will distribute cash dividends worth EGP 0.375 per share to shareholders for fiscal year (FY) 2022/2023, according to a statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on January 28^th.

The dividends will be paid in two installments; the first worth EGP 0.166 per share to be paid on February 15^th, and the second worth EGP 0.208 per share to be paid on May 16^th.

The eligibility in cash dividends distribution will be for shareholders of a record date of February 12^th.

Mohandes Insurance is an Egypt-based company that offers life and non-life insurance, and reinsurance products and services. Its products and services portfolio falls into two main insurance segments, namely individual insurance and property insurance.
