QNB Al Ahli’s board reduces value of proposed cash dividends for 2022

Arab Finance: The board of directors of Qatar National Bank Al Ahli (QNB Al Ahli) has amended the value of the proposed cash dividends to be paid to shareholders for 2022, according to a disclosure filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on February 13^th.

The amendment includes the distribution of cash dividends worth EGP 0.75 per share, instead of EGP 1.5 per share.

The decision is subject to the approval of the company’s original general meeting (OGM).
