Pioneers Properties launches IVOIRE EAST

Arab Finance: Pioneers Properties for Urban Development has launched the first phase of its residential IVOIRE EAST in New Cairo with investments worth EGP 22 billion, as per a disclosure.

The project spans an area of 438,000 square meters and will comprise luxurious villas and duplexes that will accommodate 1,000 families with anticipated contractual sales of EGP 45 million.

It will also include commercial and administrative zones.
