EGX nods to listing B Investments' EGP 291.692M capital increase

Arab Finance: The Egyptian Exchange’s (EGX) listing committee has approved listing the EGP 291.692 million increase in B Investments Holding's issued and paid-up capital, according to an announcemnet by the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on May 15^th.

Thus, the capital shall be raised from EGP 800.122 million to EGP 1.092 billion after the issuance of 58.338 million shares at a nominal value of EGP 5 per share.

The company's capital after the increase will be listed on the EGX's database on May 20^th.
